The property

Nia Roo is a stone cottage in the centre of the Highlands village of Tomintoul.

The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and one twin plus a family bathroom.

Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a utility and boot room and a sitting room with an open fire.

Outside is off road parking and a courtyard with outdoor furniture.
