Hartswood East is a first floor self-contained apartment in the grounds of the owner's home in the small village of East Knapton, just six miles from Malton in North Yorkshire.

The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, a twin room, a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room.

Outside is a private patio, communal lawns and shared use of a large heated indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi.

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
